Hi there,
My wife (from Chile) and myself (from Switzerland German part) can highly recommend Gonzalo.
We did the vulcano Antuco in January 2013 with him as our guide.
By the way quite an experience due to the weather conditions on the top (very windy, bitter cold for summer and quite a lot of snow) yet otherwise overall very good conditions and so with a wonderful view on the top over the Laguna Laja and the Cordillera de los Andes.
Gonzalo is a very service and so customer orientated person (e.g. he answers very quickly to email requests or takes care in appropriate way of you if you feel not good). Safety always in mind he got a very charmy, patient and attentive way of dealing with his clients.
