• Farm and school experience, plus years of working, I have been improving my leadership skills, understanding how important is to be a good leader, empathetic and open minded, especially in the mature nature. Working as a volunteer following your feelings, in crews or on your own, sometimes solving problems without resources, but with passion and being professional in everything I do. I believe in how important it is to share and look deep into our nature to find the answers.
