Flora in Chile

This site is not only intended for plant-experts, but for all friends of the flora in Chile. These green companions with their magnificent colours and fascinating growth makes us enjoy all our hikes and mountain tours in Chile. Everybody curious to know at least the names of the plants, will find here a little reference manual, which does not pretend to be complete, but was put together with love and support from specialists. More detailed information can be found in the different publications that you can access through the links below. We have not yet found the names of each species. We would be pleased to receive clues & tips to complete this site.
