Why Choose El Caminante?El Caminante promotes our partner companies’ tours through internet platforms, the participation in trade fairs and with printed advertising material. Furthermore we readily present advertising material prepared by our companies at trade fairs free of charge. (In these cases, the partner company only has to bear the cost of transporting the relevant material to the destination.) All El Caminante employees have very wide travel experience and have been specifically trained to offer clients a first-class service. All travel guides are carefully chosen and they undergo special preparation courses before leading any tours. Our team is mainly European and most employees speak a minimum of three languages: German, English and Spanish. This enables to have a very good feeling for what the clients want. In Chile we are able to rely on our own vehicles, our own adventure travel hotels, Casa Chueca in Talca. La Tetera in Pucón and the Lama Lodge up in the Andes. The quality of our tours and the integrity of our local partners are evident from the very positive feedback that we get from our European partners. In fact, we have been able to maintain strong and long-lasting relationships with these partners. We do not generally work with sub-agencies since direct cooperation with our local partners allows us to keep our costs low and guarantee the quality of our tours. Once a year we visit our European partner companies personally, as we believe that close cooperation with our partners is the key for successful trips.
